Chapters Institute was created by two curious humans with very different paths, but one shared mission: To create authentic communities and foster personal development through authentic travel.

Chapters Institute is the result of that.

Mousta (@moustaworldwide) is the global strategist and polyglot. With a background in top-tier law firms and venture capital, he has spent his career helping build the best of the best, demanding excellence at every level. But while he understands the elite world, he prefers the real world. Having worked on human rights projects involving refugees across Iraq, Lebanon, and Rwanda, and traveled to +100 countries, he values raw authenticity and human connections.

Mikkel (@mikkelgermer) is the creative explorer. A self-taught polyglot who turned pure curiosity into a global movement, racking up over +250 million views and 300,000 followers by proving that connection is a language anyone can speak.

Between them, they speak +12 languages and have navigated every corner of the globe.

We've combined the high standards of a well travelled venture builder with the curiosity of an international viral creator to build something different. We wanted to bridge the gap between just visiting a place and actually being part of it. Moving beyond the photo ops to the real, unscripted interactions that actually shape who you are.

That's why we curate communities that reveal the world honestly - its struggles, its strengths, and its beauty. We don't want you to just come home with a tan. We want you to come home more connected, more resilient, and with the confidence of a true global citizen.
