The passport is essential!
Before you pack your bags and start dreaming of beautiful sunsets and delicious street food, give your passport a quick reality check.
Make sure it hasn’t expired—and even better, that it stays valid for at least six months after your return home. Many destinations won’t roll out the welcome mat if your passport is cutting it too close.

Remember the vaccines
Your suitcase isn’t the only thing that needs preparing—your health does too.
Before you take off, make sure you’re up to date on any required or recommended vaccinations on the countries you visit throughout your Chapter. Some countries won’t let you in without them, and others strongly suggest them to keep your trip smooth and worry-free.
A quick check with a healthcare professional can save you from last-minute stress later. Travel well, travel safely, and let your tourist gift and memories be your only souvenirs.
Not everywhere is card-friendly
Make sure you have access to local currency before or shortly after arrival. While many places accept cards, smaller shops, taxis, and markets often prefer cash and some countries.

Peace of mind is the best thing you can pack
Before your trip, double-check that your personal travel insurance is active and covers your entire journey—from departure to return. Make sure it includes health care, cancellations, and lost luggage.
